1 Introduction

The purpose of the foundation's Ariëns Committee is to "ensure the religious and social education of the Catholic population in a contemporary way to generate interest in the life and work of the late priest Alphons Ariëns, as an ideal for our time in religious and social leadership figure. "

The Foundation aims to promote religious and social education of the Catholic part of the population in a contemporary way to generate interest in the life and work of the late priest Alfons Ariëns, as an ideal for our time in religious and social leadership FIG.

With its objective, the Foundation aims to serve the public interest.

The foundation is non-profit as evidenced by Articles 2 and 3 of the articles of association and causation. The foundation does not aim for profit sake of profit itself. This is evidenced by the fact that the foundation's activities achieved good returns to be late to her goal.

3 Policy

3.1 should perform work of the Foundation

The Foundation carries out the following work:

By striving for the beatification of the late Alphons Ariëns helps the foundation to the realization of the objective stated in Article 2 of the Statutes.

3.2 Recruitment and management of funds

The Foundation raises funds for the purpose by means of the following recruitment activities:

        - Subsidies and allowances of ecclesiastical and secular government;
        
- Inheritances, bequests and donations, and
        
- Other income, such as donations from supporters.

The management of the resulting revenue is carried out by the board of the foundation.

In addition, it is stated in Article 11 of the Articles of Association:

Both the annual accounts and the budget require the approval of the Archbishop of Utrecht.

The foundation aims to make at least the management costs.

3.3 Financial capacity of foundation

The foundation is not more power than is reasonably necessary for the continuity of the planned activities for the purpose of the foundation.

3.4 Expenditure Policy

The foundation spends the revenues collected in accordance with the objective of the following projects:

- Commemorations

- Lectures

- Writings, books or studies

- Encourage Alphons Ariëns, Servant of God, Blessed is declared.

1.4 Remuneration policy

4.2 Description of administrative organization

The administration of the Foundation is made by the Secretary.

The financial statements of the Foundation shall be prepared by the treasurer and is inspected and approved by the Finance and Property Management Department of the Archdiocese of Utrecht, in accordance with Article 11 of the Statutes.
